"the site") in any form (including but not limited to accessing information,
submitting or responding to a complaint or other feedback, using the 'open
forums') is subject to unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions,
including acceptance in advance of any variations of such terms implemented by
utellus Limited (“utellus”) which will be displayed on this page or elsewhere on

responsible for any act or omission by any person, firm, company or
