What does utellus offer to supplier organisations and companies ?
utellus allows an organisation to protect its market share by dealing with its consumers’ issues and complaints, restoring their goodwill before they go to competitors. The structure of the feedback an organisation gets is specifically designed to identify both the issue and potential resolution for the consumer, as well as performance improvement suggestions from the consumer. utellus also provides verification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and can Benchmark Customer Service performance so each organisation can see how well it delivers against others in the same market.
What does it cost ?
For FREE, we provide you with a single login (per organisation) to our Secure Supplier Portal through which you can view the feedback and complaints that customers make via utellus about your organisation and its services.
How do i add my organisation to utellus ?
You can register your organisation's information for inclusion in the list of organisations on utellus yourself on our Supplier Registration Page. Once you have done this we will email you a login to the Secure Supplier Portal.

What security features are implemented to protect our data and the customers identity ?
At utellus, we take security very seriously.
  • The utellus website is implemented using SSL (https) 128 bit encrypted pages for all pages that require a customer to provide any personal information, logins or passwords. We never transmit passwords or confidential information by email.
  • Our sites are hosted by a secure hosting provider in a secure data centre and our databases store password information in a secure non-reversible hash format so that they can't be extracted.
  • Our Secure Supplier Portal which is used by supplier organisations to respond to feedback cases is full SSL (https) 128 bit encrypted throughout. Both the site and the portal log a full audit trail of all actions taken on the site and record IP addresses for all sessions.
  • The Secure Supplier portal does not allow self-registration; staff must be added manually by pre-authorised representatives of the organisation. The portal does not permit staff to see information expect in relation to their own organisation and services.
  • In order to minimise any risk of attack, the customer facing site and secure supplier portal are implemented on entirely separate websites and IP addresses.
  • Our servers operate anti-virus software and are operated behind two tiers of firewall.
